Every new client engagement begins with our Quantitative Growth Plan exercise. This exercise is comprehensive, from branding and positioning to pressure-testing your growth goals in the real world, and understanding what marketing channels are most important to that growth. Once completed, it allows us to examine and rank-score your dental practice's marketing performance through an objective lens and provide a blueprint for achieving your growth goals through a "Conditions For Success" model.
What To Expect As You Get Started
Step 1: New Client Questionnaire
Please Plan On 20 - 30 Minutes
First, you'll need to complete the new client questionnaire. This will give us vital information about your practice that we need in order to understand where your practice is today, where you want to go, and how best to get there.
We'll combine the information from this Questionnaire with our own Dental Marketing Index assessment of your practice.
Step 2: New Client Kick-Off Meeting
Please Plan On A 90-Minute Meeting
After completing the questionnaire, we'll ask you to schedule a 90 minute kick-off meeting where we will continue to learn more about your practice and understand how best to set you apart from your competition. This meeting may result in follow-up meetings, depending on the goals and complexities of your practice.
